Fiona Gregory Consulting is led by Fiona Gregory, a highly experienced Operations Manager and Director with a proven track record of achievement in Change Management and Process Management in competitive commercial environments in the legal and financial services sectors. A Prince 2 Practitioner and trained in coaching, Fiona has brought to bear through her consultancy since 2004 her considerable experience in strategic leadership, coupled with a proven ability to innovate and motivate, which have resulted in the creation of quality performance cultures with a focus on customer service.
A corporate lawyer by training, Fiona has held executive and Board level positions in a variety of businesses, including as Managing Partner of a law firm, and she is currently Chairman of British Friendly Society Limited, and Vice Chairman at Bedfordshire Pilgrims Housing Association (bpha). She is retained by Central Law Training, the largest provider of specialist legal training, delivering courses on modernising residential conveyancing, corporate governance for lawyers, quality accreditation and case management systems. Fiona also trains and lectures on Corporate Governance and the role of Non Executive Directors and has had several articles published in leading legal magazines.
