Working with businesses to ensure effective project management by acting as Project Manager and providing support and guidance to enable organisations to deal cost effectively with the successful creation and implementation of a project plan. Using the Prince 2 methodology focus is on the various processes involved in project management, such as the organisation, planning, risk management, control of a project and the Business Case that provides the rationale for the project.

Helping Boards to assess the implications of the Combined Code. Formulating and implementing practical proposals to ensure an appropriate level of compliance is achieved, including a full review of current practices, gap analysis, skills analysis, providing support on training and development to Boards, management and staff.

Short term contract work at Board or Senior Management level to provide cover for senior positions, or a crisis management / troubleshooting role to steer organisations whilst longer term solutions are found.
